An easy weeknight dinner, sunset drinks on the deck, or a celebration that runs late — H2O is built for every occasion from 4pm. Full table service every night we’re open, in a room that’s warm, welcoming and unfussy.
Our kitchen leans on fresh, locally-sourced produce from Queensland growers and the Burnett region. High-quality plates made to share, mains made to indulge, and a wine list built for long evenings on the water.
4pm – 6pm daily. House wines, cold beers and a rotating spritz at happy-hour prices.

Christmas parties should be easy to organise and even easier to enjoy. Choose from drinks and canapés on the deck, a generous shared feast, or a sit-down Christmas dinner — with the decorations, the festive playlist, an arrival drink and your own function coordinator all taken care of.
Smaller group? Merry by the River is our Sunday Session with a festive makeover — a shared Christmas party on the deck on Sunday 6 December, 3pm–7pm, booked by the seat. Live music, festive tables and a deck full of Christmas cheer — three courses at $90 per person, bookable online now.

Sunday afternoons just hit different with ‘Sunday Sessions on the Deck’. H2O Restaurant & Bar and White Light Entertainment turn the riverfront into the place to be — live music vibes from 1pm, classic cocktails, cold beer, bubbles and wine on rotation. Their chefs serve up a fresh seasonal lineup of small shares and plates made for effortless grazing.
