Check-in from 2pm; check-out by 10am. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request and cannot be guaranteed — please mention it when you book and our team will do their best to accommodate.
Reception is staffed 7.30am–9pm daily. If you're arriving after 9pm, please let us know in advance — we'll set you up with a secure key-box code so you can let yourself in. Our team is also on the phone during reception hours on +61 (7) 4155 8777 for anything you need.
Yes — complimentary undercover parking is available for all guests on a first-come, first-served basis. Overflow parking is available street-side.
We welcome registered assistance animals. Other pets are not permitted in guest rooms — we can recommend nearby kennels if you're travelling with a companion.
Yes — fast complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the property. No login codes needed after the first connection.
Yes — our Accessible Deluxe King room is on the ground floor with step-free access, a separate roll-in shower, grab rails, and shower seating. Reception, H2O, and our event spaces are all wheelchair accessible.
Book direct and cancel free up to 24 hours before arrival. Third-party bookings (Booking.com, Expedia etc.) follow their own cancellation terms.
Absolutely — our Two Bedroom Apartments and Family Studios are built for families. Rollaway beds and cots are available on request (mention it when you book). Children eat free at H2O under 12 with every paying adult.
The property does not currently have a pool — Bargara's beaches are a 20-minute drive away if you'd like to swim.
