To celebrate Sunday Sessions — Fiesta Edition — on 28 June 2026, we’re shouting one lucky winner and three (3) mates a table on the H2O deck at Burnett Riverside Hotel. The prize includes:

• A reserved table for the winner and three guests
• One arrival cocktail per guest
• A shared set menu for the table

Total prize value $200.

How to enter

During the Promotional Period, eligible Australian residents aged 18 or over must:

1. Follow @h2orestaurantandbar on Instagram or the H2O Restaurant page on Facebook;
2. Like the competition post; and
3. Comment on the competition post naming the friends they would bring to Sunday Sessions.

Each valid comment counts as one entry. Sharing the post or tagging friends is welcomed but is not required and earns no additional entries.

Terms and conditions

Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1. The Promoter is Travellers Bundaberg Pty Ltd trading as Burnett Riverside Hotel, 7 Quay Street, Bundaberg QLD 4670, ABN 70 680 784 490 (the Promoter).
2. These Terms and Conditions set out all of the information regarding the Burnett Riverside Hotel “Win a Sunday Sessions Table” competition (the Terms and Conditions).
3. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
4. The promotion commences at 9:00am (AEST) on Friday 12 June 2026 and entries close at 11:59pm (AEST) on Wednesday 24 June 2026 (the Promotional Period).
5. Entry is only open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over (Eligible Entrants). As the prize is redeemed in person at a single event, entrants should be able to attend Sunday Sessions on Sunday 28 June 2026.
6. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
7. To enter, during the Promotional Period Eligible Entrants must:
   1. Follow @h2orestaurantandbar on Instagram or the H2O Restaurant page on Facebook;
   2. Like the competition post; and
   3. Comment on the competition post naming the friends they would bring to Sunday Sessions.

   Each valid comment counts as one entry. Sharing the post or tagging friends is welcomed but is not required to enter and does not earn additional entries.

8. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Instagram or Facebook. Entrants understand they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Meta, and release Meta from any liability in connection with this promotion.
9. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
10. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
11. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
12. Competition draw: the winner will be the first eligible entry randomly drawn by an officer of the Promoter at 10:00am (AEST) on Thursday 25 June 2026 at 100 Edward Street, Brisbane City QLD 4000.
13. The Promoter will review the valid entries and determine the winner by entering all eligible comments into an online random comment picker. The Promoter’s decision is final. The winner will be contacted via a reply to their comment and a direct message.
14. There is one (1) prize to be won. The total prize value is $200, comprising a Sunday Sessions experience for the winner and three (3) guests at H2O Restaurant, Burnett Riverside Hotel, on Sunday 28 June 2026, including:
    1. A reserved table for the winner and three guests;
    2. One arrival cocktail per guest; and
    3. A shared set menu for the table.
15. The Prize:
    1. Must be redeemed at the Sunday Sessions event on Sunday 28 June 2026 only and cannot be transferred to any other date.
    2. Is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products/services.
    3. Is subject to the winner confirming attendance and final guest numbers by the date advised by the Promoter.
    4. Requires all guests consuming alcohol to be aged 18 years or over; valid photo identification may be required, and responsible service of alcohol applies.
    5. Includes only the items listed in clause 14. Any additional food, beverages or other expenses are the responsibility of the winner and their guests.
    6. Requires the winner and guests to comply with the venue’s conditions of entry.
16. If the Promoter is unable to contact the winner within forty-eight (48) hours of the draw, having made every reasonable effort using the information provided, the Promoter will award the prize to another valid entrant.
17. The prize will be confirmed to the winner once they have accepted it and provided the information required by the Promoter.
18. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

General

19. If for any reason the conduct or operation of the promotion is interfered with or disrupted in any way by a cause outside the reasonable control of the Promoter (including by vandalism, power failures, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes, tampering, computer bugs or viruses or technical failures), the Promoter reserves the right, subject to any written directions of the relevant authorities, to cancel, terminate, modify, suspend or recommence the promotion.
20. If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
21. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. If for any reason the winner is unable to receive the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to re-distribute the prize and award it to a runner-up entrant.
22. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including any photograph, film and/or recording) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome) and promoting the Promoter’s products and services.
23. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law:
    1. To disqualify any entrant; or
    2. Subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
24. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies, or purports to limit, exclude or modify, the statutory consumer guarantees provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
25. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:
    1. any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
    2. any theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference;
    3. any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
    4. any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;
    5. if the event is postponed or cancelled for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
    6. any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or
    7. attendance at the prize event.
26. As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner may be required to sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter in its absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
27. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. Entrants should direct any request to opt out, access, update or correct information to the Promoter. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
