Send us a brief — dates, guest count, preferred room and any catering needs. Email events@burnettriverside.com.au or fill out the functions enquiry form.

Confirm by 30 September 2026
Lock in your event date with a signed booking agreement and deposit before 30 September 2026. The event itself can be held on any date through to that deadline.

Host your event
10 or more guests, a food package from H2O, and you're set. Room hire and AV waived from the final invoice.

- Offer valid for events held on or before 30 September 2026.
- Minimum 10 guests required.
- A food package from H2O Restaurant & Bar must be booked alongside the event.
- Complimentary room hire applies to a single contiguous booking; standard combined-room pricing applies for events spanning multiple days.
- $100 H2O voucher issued on confirmation of the second function. Not transferable or redeemable for cash. Valid for three years from date of issue.
- Cannot be combined with other room-hire promotions or discounts.
